We work with adults regarding a wide range of issues, ranging from day to day concerns through to more serious problems.
Our aim is to help people who are experiencing difficulties or issues, and work towards positive change.
AN OPPORTUNITY TO TALK OPENLY

At times, people can struggle with difficulties such as stress, life transitions and decision-making which can lead to feeling ‘stuck’ or overwhelmed. People can also feel a flatness of mood, or anxious about issues ranging from the trivial to significant. Balance Psychology offers an opportunity for people to talk openly with someone who is supportive, non-judgmental and objective. This can provide the environment to work towards a more balanced sense of thinking and behavior. Often people will get a more reasoned perspective of difficult situations, and learn strategies that can make a real difference.

I now think differently, feel differently and instead of feeling hopeless and overwhelmed, I’m living again. She has changed my life.
